COVID-19 UPDATE

As many of you will know, Otavi Eyewear is a New Zealand based company.

COVID-19 Restrictions within New Zealand are ongoing and it’s preventing us from continuing operations as usual.

With the Auckland region moving to Stage 1 of Level 3 Lockdown, we’re able to re-open for orders, however we’re having to restrict the available stock due to lack of access to our Warehouse.

If a colour you’re after is out of stock, please email us at info@otavi.co and we will get back to you as soon as we’re able to regain access our Warehouse.

NZPost is facing major congestion as a result of the situation. If you’re wanting your Otavis in a hurry (we don’t blame ya) choosing the ‘DHL Express’ shipping option at checkout will guarantee your order gets to you soonest.

We apologise for any delays in dispatch and shipment.
